Before you get started:
Please ensure the mobile networks are ON prior to toggling on the mobile hotspot.

How to toggle on Mobile Networks
Step 1: Go to settings on the phone
Step 2: Click on Mobile networks
Step 3: Select Mobile Data and toggle on (once toggled on, you should see a check mark)
Step 4: Select International Data Roaming and ensure it is toggled on (check mark)
How to check the Mobile Hotspot Settings
Step1: On settings, select More...
Step 2: Then select Tethering & Mobile Hotspot
Step 3: Click on Mobile Hotspot Settings
Step 4: Select Configure Mobile Hotspot
Step 5: Ensure the Network SSID and Password matches the mobile hotspot's name on the back of the phone
Step 6: Toggle on the Mobile Hotspot
In addition, please ensure the device is on for troubleshooting purposes. If this doesn't work, please contact our customer care or dial 611 on your rental phone for further assistance.
